We use business creation, employment and job training as catalysts in the creation of a more prosperous city, especially for our poorest neighbors. Create

We seek out opportunities with a high capacity for job generation and the potential for on the job training. We develop and operate these businesses in-house.

 

Incubate

We connect with aspiring entrepreneurs who have a vision for creating job-training, revenue generating organizations and help them construct their business. We provide several different layers of support as they launch and operate their on-the-job training ventures.

 

Consult

We work with many long-standing, traditional businesses in town. We help inspire and equip these leaders to integrate job-training opportunities into their current operations to improve their workplace and our community.
